High season : from July 6th to September 1st	65 €	425 €
Mid-season : from January 1st to 6th from February 9th to March 10th from April 6th to May 12th from May 30th to July 5th from September 2nd to 30th from October 12th to November 3rd from December 21st to 31st	55 €	355 €
Low season (all other periods)	45 €	285 €

These rates include all following services:

- energy and water supply
- local taxes
- household linen
- all beds made before arrival
- dogs welcome

Optional services :

- DOGGIES : you can bring up to 5 dogs with you for free; however, in case you bring 3 furry friends or more, we suggest you add the clean-up option to your booking (see below).

- BREAKFAST : we do not offer breakfast as a regular service, but in case you arrive late in the evening, we can provide everything for you to have your first breakfast (5€ / person).

- CLEAN-UP ON DEPARTURE : on your departure date, you might not want or not have enough time to clean up the guest house: in that case, we can do it for you, for an extra cost of 40 €.
